Basement & Crawl Space Repairs in Fairport, NY

Basement Waterproofing By Crawford Basements

Poor air quality could stem from a number of problems including flooded basements, basements with moisture, humidity, and foundation cracks. At Crawford Basements, our goal is to help correct your basement issues and to help provide a healthy living environment. We are a trusted name in basement waterproofing and crawl space repair and have a highly trained crew that can get the job done properly.

Most homeowners convert basements to a play area or a media room where kids and adults hang out. They feel that an occasional musty odor is probably nothing to worry about. However, any foul odor could be a possible moisture problem with the perfect condition for mold and mildew to grow. If the problem is not taken care of immediately, this air will cause allergies and sickness.

Removing any water and moisture from your home is a necessity. That’s why we use Grate Products. Through generations of improvements and evolution, the Grate Products system does what no other system can. It is a complete solution to removing any and all water and moisture from your home.

Hello Patti, thank you for the voicemail. My cell doesn't work that well, and I had a lot of novocaine this afternoon and can't speak well... so I'm contacting you this way. A large tree within 8' of the foundation is going to be taken down, however it bowed the basement wall. You have a photo on your FB of roots getting into the drain tiles, that's probably happening here. Some mold, efflorescence, paint coming off. You may have to destroy the patio to remove the roots. Sump pit needs to be cleaned and checked. Also family room and powder room on slab on main floor to be remodeled. Possibly replace sidewalk, regrade lot. I need an itemized estimate. Thank you!

We have about 400 sq. ft. in our basement we'd like to remodel. I work out of town during the week, so if a Saturday visit isn't possible, I'd just need some time to schedule time off at work. Thank you!
