Basement Waterproofing & Crawl Space Repairs in Spencerport, NY

Basement Waterproofing By Crawford Basements

Poor air quality could stem from a number of problems including flooded basements, basements with moisture, humidity, and foundation cracks. At Crawford Basements, our goal is to help correct your basement issues and to help provide a healthy living environment. We are a trusted name in basement waterproofing and crawl space repair and have a highly trained crew that can get the job done properly.

Most homeowners convert basements to a play area or a media room where kids and adults hang out. They feel that an occasional musty odor is probably nothing to worry about. However, any foul odor could be a possible moisture problem with the perfect condition for mold and mildew to grow. If the problem is not taken care of immediately, this air will cause allergies and sickness.

Removing any water and moisture from your home is a necessity. That’s why we use Grate Products. Through generations of improvements and evolution, the Grate Products system does what no other system can. It is a complete solution to removing any and all water and moisture from your home.

I have a small room in basement that wet trying to get it fixed so I can sell my house
Michael L. on November 30, 2017 10:34:26am
I recently had concrete block basement walls cleaned painted and then coated with anti-microbial paint. There are two areas in the basement corners as a result of poor drainage and downspout issues that water is getting in . I need to get the outside areas fixed before I can address the inside issues. If you send me your email address I will send you pictures or you can stop by to take a look. My disabled Sister lives there, so if you plan o stop by for estimate, I will need to let her know. Or you can easily look at outside issues and see the problem without entering house. It is corner end of driveway where downspout and windows are and also the downspout where the deck is.
